Meet The McRoys
Jason and Lynnetta McRoy, are the dynamic duo behind McRoy Painting and Renovations. With over two decades of experience, Jason’s passion for painting blossomed while constructing docks as a carpenter. Lynnetta, our savvy Real Estate guru with an HR background, teamed up with Jason in 2019 to propel their family-owned business forward. As proud Lakewood residents, we treat our clients like family, emphasizing integrity, craftsmanship, and unbeatable service. When we’re not transforming homes, you’ll catch us boating, golfing, and cherishing moments with our three boys and adorable granddaughter.

Jason McRoy - Operations Director
With more than 25 years of skilled craftsmanship in the industry, Jason brings the understanding of what makes the customer happy and what makes a reputable business. His "McRoy Way" has lead our teams to success in providing the best experience you can get from a painting & renovation company. Outside work, Jason enjoys boating, golfing, live music and spending times with family and friends.

Silly and playful yet highly committed, Gage's good-natured spirit shines through in every job. If you catch a moment with him, you'll likely hear him and Mazen discussing their favorite anime.

Jake is a McRoy Painting to Renovation crossover. He has been with our team over 3 years working hard to get along with the team and provide customers with a great experience and outcome. He is currently leading our paint team but will soon be supporting the Renovation division. Mazen Jackson - Team Painter/Sprayer
Mazen has been with us for over 5 years, and his dedication and concentration are evident in his work. His heart truly belongs to art, and he spends his free time creating and selling paintings online. On weekends, he enjoys knitting and watching movies with the lovely Julia. Mazen earns kudos for always arriving early and his kind heart

Though he’s quiet and a bit shy at first, he has an unexpected knack for making you laugh. Above all, he cherishes family time.

Will has been here for a while now, he fit right in with the team. Will is easy to work with, you can give him a project and he will run with it without any support start to finish. Besides his sweet demeanor, his ability to spray beautiful cabinets and other surfaces, makes him a valuable team member! Like all of our team members, he enjoys his weekends with family!
