By booking a service with McRoy Painting & Renovation through our online booking platform ([Jobber link]), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

The scope of work will be outlined in your estimate or proposal. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days.
   
• Prices are based on the information provided during the booking and are subject to change upon site inspection.
   
• Any changes to the project scope after work begins may affect the final cost.
   

• Appointments can be made online through our booking system.
   
• We care & work hard to stay on schedule, but reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
• You will receive confirmation and reminders via email or text.
   

• A deposit up to 50% may be required to cover materials that require advance ordering once booking is confirmed.
   
• Projects over $10,000 may also be invoiced/due 50% at a halfway point of project. And Final payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check & ACH. You may also pay online with a credit card from our website with a 3% added fee.
   

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a [cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit].
   

• The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area.
   
• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards.
   

• We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty on painting and renovation services.
   
• We are fully insured, but not liable for pre-existing issues or damages caused by third parties.
   
• DECKS: we CANNOT WARRANTY deck paint or stain. Although most applications hold up for at least expected time, there are many variables in long term outcomes due to unknown previous applications, weather etc.
   

We take reasonable care to protect your property, but recommend removing fragile or valuable items from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to unprotected items not disclosed prior to the project.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, we reserve the right to take before-and-after photos of our work for use in our portfolio and marketing materials.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Missouri & Kansas.
